Setting up your email in Outlook Express is easy. Just follow the steps explained below.
Note: This is version 5 of Outlook Express.

Click "Start" en go to "Outlook Express".

Outlook Express will open, go to "Tools" followed by "Accounts".

The Internet Accounts box will open, click on "Add" and then on "Mail".

Good, a wizard will come up to make things easy. Type in your email address which you registered, then press "Next".

Type it once more..., and press "Next".

It will now ask you for the POP3 and SMTP, See image below.
POP3: (pop3.gonuts4free.com).
SMTP: (smtp.gonuts4free.com).
Press "Next".

Type in your username and password, then press "Next".

Click "Finish", and close the internet accounts box.

Go once more to "Tools" followed by "Accounts".

Click on "properties"

Click on "servers". Then tick the box saying "my server requires authentication"

Click on "log on using" and fill in the exact same username and password of your email account you filled in before. (example: john)

That's it.

To see whether your account works, you can click the "Send & Receive" button.
Note: Make sure you are connected.

Great, you will see another box opening and checking for mail.
